There are no cookie-cutter programs. Whether you are a busy business executive or an even busier stay at home parent, I can show you ways that will improve your overall health and performance with simple but effective corrective exercises that can be easily replicated at home. Building on each session I continue to address your needs and goals with challenging, effective, and functional exercises that meet your specific lifestyle demands and activities. Most importantly I make workouts fun and exciting, workouts will be different each time.

I'm also passionate about teaching personal trainers the right way to train. I am a WITS instructor around the Seattle Area.

    I was working with Darci for 2 months in personal training sessions. I have been an athlete most of my life until the past 3 years or so, and have been through my fair share of trainers and fitness programs even at 24 years old. Darci is by far my favorite to work with. Her personality and attitude are great and she never makes you feel awkward or down about yourself during a session. She has an incredible gift for identifying problem areas and a great eye for correct form and function in exercise. Within the first two weeks I could feel my problem areas getting better, and the change in form from what I had been doing for years made me realize all of the things all the other trainers and coaches DID NOT know...I had been doing things to get stronger the wrong way! No wonder I never saw results until I started working with her! Darci showed me that with correct form, you can emphasize mobility AND strength, and not have to choose, especially with easy-to-do exercises I could do on my days we did not meet up (double on days we did). She is great about passing on exercises in documented form and checking in to see how you are doing in a non-annoying way, and made my training experience a personal and tailored one, not just some cookie cutter work out you find at a big box gym. The money you spend on sessions for what you receive from her is totally worth it! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great personal training experience! Thanks Darci!

    I used to work with Darci in the therapy gym and I have also had her do training sessions with me. Darci has a great ability to find the areas of weakest or tightest and helps correct the problem. She is exceptional at finding the right stretches and exercise to correct the problem but also maintain the stabilization needed to prevent further injury. It was great to work with a person who really understood the human body and worked with it not against. She works well with your schedule and lifestyle so the education she gives you can be used daily without feeling like your changing your whole life. If you ever need help or just some guidance Darci is the person for you.

    I have had an on going issue with low back pain for years. Often when it flares up it has taken weeks to get back to normal functioning. Darci was able to pin point the problem, give me just a few easy exercises and stretches (it takes about 10 minutes a day) that have stabilized the problem area. The last flare up I had only lasted a few days! Her knowledge of body mechanics is amazing. Thank you Darci!

    I have been working with Darci primarily with one on one training sessions and she is fantastic! She tailors your workout to fit your personal needs and goals and each workout is creative and fun while getting you your desired fitness goals. Darci motivates and inspires her clients in a positive way -You won't feel uncomfortale in the gym or during your workout if you are starting out at a "bigger size", All clients are treated with care and respect. I have been able to lose weight, which is my primary goal, but also move better and more comfortably in my day to day activities AND sleep better. I appreciate the fact Darci works within clients budgets and gives them the tools they need to succeed during their workouts and at home. If you are looking for a motivating personal trainer who keeps things interesting and will get you results , I recommend giving Darci a call.
