Dani is great in both knowledge and motivation. She keeps it interesting and you'll never be bored. I would rate her 5, but she made me do a ton of mountain climbers, and that's just not cool. :)

Dani is an excellent Boot Camp/Fitness Trainer. Dani encourages you to push yourself to the next level. She's always changing up the workout routine so you'll never get bored. She's great at helping you focus on your problem areas and whittle away at them. Before boot camp with Dani I truly dreaded exercise, now I look forward to working out because Dani helped me see that exercise can be fun. More importantly though, Dani helps you see results! When I started with Dani I was barely able to perform a few standard pushups and now I can do 45 without stopping. And in just the first few weeks of working out with Dani I lost 4 inches!

Dani has been great to work with so far! I have been very impressed with her concerns to design a complete workout that targets my specific needs and goals. She has been able to get me extremely motivated and excited about working out! She is creative and inventive...always modifying the workout for me individually to maximize the results. She is fun and energetic and clearly enjoys her work! Can't wait to get there every week to be challenged by Dani!

Dani was our personal trainer at Carolina Preserve for eight weeks. She took time to learn about our concerns and goals and created a workout that was challenging and helpful. After several months, we are still following her suggestions for daily exercises. Dani cares about her clients and is very knowledgeable in the area of personal training.
