I've been with Daniela for a little over a year now. I was looking to lose a few pounds and tighten up. I am very happy with my results. My legs looks amazing! Daniela has pushed me to do things I NEVER thought I could do. She motivates me and has made me a stronger & healthier person. She knows what she is doing and I trust her. She has an amazing personality and is very caring. I love the fact that she gets to know you and your body. She has you do exercises that target areas you want to tone and tighten. I don't know what I would do without her. She is absolutely the best!

I first met and began to work with Daniela after two back operations and was afraid to move. Not only was she exceedingly patient with me and my fears, but she impressed me so much with her knowledge of the body and how to work with someone who was in recovery. Today, thanks to her gentle persistence and her expertise, I am stronger and more flexible than I have ever been and completely free of pain.
Not only does she make the session interesting by varying her exercises, but she's also careful to explain exactly what we are doing and why.
I thoroughly enjoy working with Daniela, and a big plus is that she has a great sense of humor.

Don’t let size or gender fool you. Daniela is the real thing! An extremely knowledgeable and motivating trainer, instructor, and wellness/lifestyle coach. Whatever your current level of fitness is, Daniela with get you to the “next level” and she does it all while keeping your individual abilities and limitations in mind. Plus she knows how to keep things fresh and keep you motivated – whether it’s moving you outdoors to the park or taking you for an impromptu run around a city block. And I love, love, love how she blends in various elements of – cardio, core conditioning, strengthening, running, yoga, pilates, meditation/breathing, flexibility/stretching, balance/coordination, etc. into her sessions – which again helps to keep things fresh, plus serves to expand your appreciation and interest in other forms of fitness and training.

I’ve greatly benefited from her group fitness classes, nutritional classes, and one-on-one personal training sessions. She’s got me doing things that neither I nor my “almost 50 year old” body() ever thought possible – planking, weight training, push-ups, and running to name a few. I’ve lost about 15 pounds and inches and I feel great. I’m also into organic, gluten-free foods and mediate on a daily basis thanks to Daniela. She’s truly had a huge impact in my life, and lifestyle.

Daniela’s passion and commitment to integrating “body, mind, and nutrition” to achieve overall health and performance goes without say; they just shine! She truly is a living, breathing example of what she believes, and more importantly, she offers exceptional service to anyone whose serious about pursuing fitness/health goals. Once you’ve experienced Daniela, there is no going back.

I am a 42 year old mother of 4 year old and 2 year old sons and I can’t keep up with them. I’ve been overweight since my teens. I’ve paid for gym memberships for years and never once worked out at that gym. Somehow I stumbled on info about Daniela when I made a commitment to myself this summer. Lucky for me! She is warm and knowledgeable. She is able to challenge and support me simultaneously. I am never bored and she is never demeaning. I have lost 20 lbs and numerous inches in the almost 5 months we’ve been working together. Daniela has been able to create workouts for me taking into account my time limits, level of fitness and with modifications for back, knee and hip issues. She pays close attention to form and discomfort, so as not to cause injury and to create the proper foundation. I have gained confidence and a sense of accomplishment. I now go to a gym 4 times a week (so I can use the childcare and get my exercise done), I train with Daniela weekly, and I often work out at home another day of the week. It is hard work but I now know I can do it. I wish I could give Daniela to everyone I know, so they could learn and grow as I have. This has been a financial, time and energy commitment, but so worth it. It’s an investment in myself and in my future with my husband and my kids. She has helped to give me my life back.

I found exactly what I was looking for in a trainer with Daniela. Her commitment to health and deep knowledge of the body allows her to design work-outs that benefit and challenge me. I'm consistently improving and constantly learning about my body from this smart professional. She's one of the best investments I've made for a healthly and strong future. I'm in the over 50 years old club where the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself and waste your time. This will never be the case with Daniela. I highly recommend her!

She is very knowledgeable in her field and any questions you have for her, she has a great answer to. I am confident in her abilities and I trust her judgement when it comes to my workout plan. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a personal trainer and wanting bonafide results.
