What is your normal per hour fee? That's what I would charge them. Include in that the time you spend reviewing histories and so forth, plus travel time for interviews and assessments. Good luck.

I would tell them that I will charge them $500.00, with an addendum that if additional costs arise they will be charged. You will have to do some prep work, travel, histories on the athletes, etc. A lot of work. Good luck.
