Good answers. A BP cuff and a stethoscope are the tried and true implements. What is your purpose? I'm not sure that the electronic devices are accurate. I can always depend on a cuff and a scope because I believe my ears!

BP is an indicator, not a diagnosis. I agree with the questions of why are you checking so frequently? BP changes after a cup of coffee. It's the long-term stability that is most important. For more specific answers have your client consult with his/her physician
