    I worked with Joe this summer to get back into a fitness routine. What I got from training with Joe was so much more. In addition to designing workouts that challenged and motivated me, Joe shared his approach to nutrition to ensure optimal muscle development and fat loss. In four weeks i lost 10 pounds and 5% body fat.

    As an educator, I was impressed by how Joe was able to individualize my training to help me to meet my goals. Like any good teacher, he helped me to analyze my routines as well as areas of strength and weakness to see how I could incorporate what I learned from him into my every day life. He spent time asking me to anticipate challenging situations so that I was prepared for how to respond when they arose.

    I now live in a different city, and I have not found a trainer who can meet the high bar that Joe has set.

    UPDATE: I have been training with Joe for what will soon be two years. When I first began training, Joe’s recommendation of twice a week for 15 months seem insurmountable. Since my last update, not only have I kept the lost weight off (75 pounds total), I have lost a total of 17% body fat and am now in single digits for the first time in my life. My strength continues to grow, and I’m finding more things I can achieve athletically. I have run several 5K races. I have become an avid cyclist. I spent this past summer commuting 35 miles round-trip on my bike, and have the legs to prove it! The best accomplishment, though, was when Joe and I completed our first Rugged Maniac obstacle course together this past September. I finished as one of the fastest in my age group because of his training and support the entire way.

    With the New Year, and my desire to continue improving my fitness (well beyond the original 15 month target), I have increased my sessions to 3 times a week for the next several months. I’ve been inspired by not only what I have been able to achieve, but also with what Joe has accomplished with his own physical fitness. He stays in fantastic shape and lives a healthy lifestyle I want to emulate. He lives what he teaches, and that continues to be my biggest motivator in every aspect of my life.

    I recommend anyone considering investing in a training program to consider calling Joe first. See for yourself what I’ve been able to experience first-hand; it is possible for anyone to live the healthiest and fittest life you can dream. You won’t be disappointed.

    I had the pleasure of working with Joe for the last 4 months in preparation for a modeling event I had earlier this month. I'm a guy that, prior to working with Joe, had made it to the gym 5-6 days a week but I had always been interested in working with a personal trainer to see if I could push my results to another level. The biggest thing I looked for in a trainer was that he either currently, or had been, where I wanted to get. Joe was that guy. Whether you are looking to casually get in better shape or prepare for an upcoming competition, you definitely need to sit down and talk with Joe. You're not just paying for a one hour workout with Joe, he is accessible anytime. He works to understand your goals and puts in a lot of work outside of the training sessions to make sure he is prepared with a great workout. He also checks up with you to see how you're feeling and provides advice and answers your questions anytime. I will be able to take the things I learned from Joe and apply them for the rest of my life. He educates you on proper lifting, cardio, and nutrition. Having a trainer that understands proper nutrition is huge and really invaluable. A nutritionalist alone costs more then what Joe charges for all he does. I could really tell he cared about getting me to where I needed to be and that meant a lot. I was always skeptical about paying a personal trainer, but after working with Joe I hate working out by myself. My results were awesome! In my time with Joe I increased in strength in all areas, I dropped my body fat from 15% to 3.7%, I took first place in one of my competitions and was in the top 10 for models overall (out of about 100)! If you are motivated and committed to getting the results you want, Joe can get you there. Call him, its worth the free consultation, you won't regret it!

    Having Joe for a personal trainer was what I needed in order to get to meet my goal. I had tried training on my own but it wasn't working and I was not getting the results that I was hoping for.

    First, out of all the trainers I looked into, Joe was the only one who was knowledgable about diastasis recti. My doctor at the time told me there were two ways to fix it: surgery or training. Joe trained me into fixing my condition without the need of surgery. I am forever grateful to him for this. It took about 6 months to close my gap.

    We worked on a diet that was realistic. His approach is very easy and simple. If you follow it, stick to it and continue to do it, you can't fail. You just can't!

    What I really enjoyed about training with Joe was the one on one training with him. He was able to teach me how to use the equipments correctly and do the workout routines correctly. That meant with correct form, you are able to get maximum results during your time at the gym. He really pushed you to do your best and to give your all. Joe is a very positive person. He strives for you to do your best. My hour with him, always went by very quick! He's professional and reliable. He cares about his clients. I never felt like he was watching the clock or he didn't want to be there during our training sessions. He truly loves helping people get into shape and being healthy.

    I was able to get my prebaby body back before I had my baby. My husband was very skeptical about getting a personal trainer at first but he's very happy with the results. He husband appreciates Joe for helping me achieve my goal and getting my body back to what it was.

    Whatever goal you are trying to obtain, Joe will help you succeed. He isn't there to see you fail but to see you go above and beyond your goal(s).

    I saw far better results from working out with Joe than I did on my own. He taught me a lot about diet and weight lifting technique. I lost 28 pounds in 14 weeks and went from wearing 42" jeans to 36". Joe pushed me hard and kept me motivated.
