I grew up overweight, self conscious and trying fad diet after fad diet, continually losing and regaining weight. It wasn’t until one of my high school teachers took the time to teach me about proper nutrition and weight loss that I really understood “the healthy lifestyle”.
I started running regularly, eating healthy and the pounds started dropping off. I loved the energy, confidence and most of all the positive changes that occurred with my body - I was hooked! It was the first time in my life that I felt in control of my weight.
Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle have been a passion of mine since that time. College roommates, co-workers, friends and neighbors have always been naturally curious in learning how they could experience the positive benefits of my lifestyle and I was always happy to share my philosophy.
Inspired to make my life mission my profession, I formalized my fitness education and started Peak Physique Fitness in 2001. I have trained hundreds of clients and have successfully taught them the methods for transforming old habits into healthy and fitness oriented habits.
My fitness philosophy is simple – EVERYONE can improve their health, appearance, and lifestyle, regardless of their age, athletic ability or medical history. I keep my clients so excited about their fitness goals that no matter what other responsibilities or obstacles surface, they stick to their program.
