Connie is an inspiring role model, knowledgeable trainer, and all-around-stellar-human. Her positive energy is infectious and she inspires me to work harder, laugh more, and make every day count. She is extremely professional and takes her job - and training time - very serious, so you can always be sure to get a challenging workout tailored to your needs. I highly recommend Connie for all types of clients and goals!

Connie Aronson has helped my overall fitness immeasurably. I was very sick with Viral Encephalitis and my balance had been compromised. I began working with Connie and greatly improved after many frustrating weeks. She also helped me with an old shoulder injury and I had not played tennis in years. With her strength training, I am now playing a minimum of twice a week. Connie's individualized workout program has changed my fitness to a whole new level!

After moving to the Wood River Valley, the first fitness class I took was Connie's TRX class at Wood River YMCA. It was one of the best TRX classes I had ever attended, and I knew I had found an added bonus to living here. Connie payed special attention to using correct form and adaptations for individuals that made it clear she knew what she was doing and had the health and well being of each and every student in mind. I have been a distance runner/now jogger for 40 years, and overuse and muscle imbalance issues have appeared. With the concentrated strength in core and hips that Connie's TRX provides, I believe I am stronger than ever, and jogging pain free. Oh and did I mention that Connie encourages you to do your personal best for that day....taking one to another level of tough without the brain knowing it. She does all this with a smile, kind words of encouragement and tons of fun.
