I used to go to the gym all the time by myself but felt like I was wasting my time. Clinton has definitely maximize my gym time. Not only does he provide great one-on-one services he also sends me a copy of my work out progress so that if I go to the gym without him I still know what to do.

I am a difficult client and this is the first trainer I have had that actually keeps me on track and does not take my excuses. I am very happy with my sessions and I can see results already. Clint is very professional and that makes a world of difference.

Clinton is a great trainer. He has been able to answer any fitness related question I have asked. I have been working with him since July 2013 and there have been definite results. Our sessions are challenging, however I never leave dissatisfied. He is a patient trainer who can see potential in me that I sometimes can't see for myself and he pushes me and helps me meet my goals. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Awesome trainer. I've seen results (weight loss) in the months that I've been working with Clinton. I enjoy the way the training is broken down: first 15 minutes is cardio, then one day upper body, the next day lower body. In addition, I have more energy and I'm motivated to be more active. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a personal trainer.

Thanks Clinton for giving me the motivation to make a life-style change.
