    Dan has been working with me for over two months now, and I have been very impressed with the variability and the functional movement of our workouts. I've noticed greater cardiovascular endurance and increased strength and mobility. I would highly recommend Dan for anyone looking to have a tailored workout that can be very challenging (I asked him to make the workouts hard.... he did).

    I really let myself get weak and out of shape since breaking an ankle 10 months ago. At 54, it's not as easy as it used to be to recover. Daniel has been great at working on a gradient and yet pushing me. I love the fact that he works the whole body every day, in every exercise, and always changes up the routine. It's fresh and very challenging. I'm feeling stronger and am seeing a difference in my shape. I'm really glad I found him. Highly recommended.

    I've never before had a personal trainer but Daniel is exactly what I was looking for. He varies the exercises and pushes you to your level. He adjusts work outs based on your abilities and needs and it's always a good, if tiring, workout. He makes sure to include arms, legs, and core in almost every workout and he uses lots of exercises that you can do on your own as well. I feel noticeably different in terms of strength and conditioning and in a short amount of time.

    Daniel is a great trainer! He is very knowledgeable of many exercises and hits a wide range of muscles in a variety of ways. His classes are great for strength and conditioning which make for great all around routines (if only working out with him) or nice complements to other strength or cardio programs (if training on the side). In addition, the variety makes each class enjoyable as oppose to the usual redundant gym feel. He also has a lot of his own equipment which is good for working out in gyms with less equipment or that are busy.

    Whenever I meet someone in this field, I receive the "one-size-fits-all" treatment. Not with Daniel!! He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and puts a lot of effort into finding what is right for me. If something we try does not work, he moves on to something else. He knows how to educate me on the technique while also encouraging me on my efforts. And, he remembers that laughing is part of a good workout. Within 60 days I feel stronger and more agile and am so happy I locked him in for at least one year!
