Cindy has been a big help to me over the years for different health problems. My fibromyalgia symptoms are in remission now but when I was having a lot of pain and discomfort she worked with me and really helped me find relief so that I could get through the days. I feel her help is in large part responsible for the remission. In the past few years I've been struggling with ankle pain from arthritis severe enough that I couldn't walk and needed surgery to fuse both ankles. Again Cindy's knowledge was evident in her discussions, explanations and descriptions of the body in terms of muscles, bones and nerves etc. She really helped me understand how things work and what was happening. She is so enthusiastic in her work and her desire to help people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I've known Cindy for 8+ years as both a group & personal trainer. She is absolutely excellent at teaching us how to use our core muscles & improve balance!
Cindy also wrote an excellent book, "Living the Bones Lifestyles," on avoiding/treating osteoporosis.
Cindy is a treasured community asset for all of us with aches & pains or a history of brain injury.

Cindy's knowledge of body mechanics really impressed me. She worked with me on post-bilateral hip replacement, stenosis in low back, and structural issues resulting from a knee cap removal when I was 20. Her attitude is always upbeat, and her professionalism unwavering. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs quality one-on-one assistance with a body issue.

Cindy cured me of my persistant musculoskeletal back pain. Her method is individualized and she is extremely knowledgeable about the point of origin of the pain and nerves involved. She even sent an follow up e-mail detailing how to take care at home. I was cured in one sitting and never had that problem again.

Cindy is extremely knowledgeable and insightful. She helped me deal with osteoarthritis and continue to exercise and keep fit. When the time came for a hip replacement, her guidance and assistance accelerated my rehabilitation and returned me to full mobility and balance.
