Cindy is an Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist and Health Coach who's been teaching about the power of positive movement for over 25 years. Her focus in recent years has been on weight loss, mind-body exercise, pain management and rehabilitation. Known as “The Balance Coach,” she helps her clients manage stress, lead a balanced lifestyle and enjoy exercise. Cindy teaches both on land and in the water -- providing balance and gait training, pain management, functional strength training, osteoporosis risk reduction and rehabilitative exercise. She will work as part of a team with your physicians and/or physical therapist to help you reach your goals and live the life you desire.
