    I have been working out with Chris for 1 year now. I chose to workout with him due to his TPI certification. And it has really paid off for me. I cant wait for our workouts. He makes our workouts fun and challenging. He has motivated me to take better care of my body thru workouts, flexibility tarining and diet. For the first time in many years I am able to play 18 holes without lower back & hip pain. He has me healthy and I can now get my body into the proper positions during the golf swing- no more compensations needed. Golf is fun again. Highly recommend working with Chris.

    Chris is a great trainer, and I have used him for almost a year. He varies the exercises every single work out, and has helped me with my flexibility and posture, as well as my strength. I certainly recommend him.
