Christine does nice work. She listened to what i wanted to accomplish and put together a program that is working well. Too many trainers have their own agendas and the client needs suffer. I especially like her knowledge level about all aspects of training. How what muscles do what, how what types of exercises work for me and how diet can play into a successful program. My recommendations are very high for a simple reason; she listened to what i anted to do, put together a program, and i am now seeing the results I hoped for. What more can you ask for?

Using Christine as a trainer worked out really well. She was able to put together weight training routines that were easy to follow and delivered big results. Although I run half marathons I was looking to add in some weight training to get some muscular definition I was not able to get by just aerobic exercise. In a short amount of time working with Christine I was able to see definition that really made me happy I was putting in the workouts. Hello horseshoe! At this point I feel pretty confident using weight training in my routine and highly recommend her as a trainer.

Tonight, while back in Chicago, I went to a going away party for a couple that I've known for about 35 years. Hence, in doing so - I saw a number of people that I've known for most of my life. I got a number of complements on how I looked different - in a good way. I am still in dis-belief of how the training is altering my body. My life long friend of 49 years summed it up when she said that before when I lost weight I just weighed less - now the change is more shapely... and her her husband said - it's not the numbers - it is how the numbers look. (we were talking in terms of pounds lost - 20 so far.)

Thought that was an interesting summation. I pray not to have an ego about all the complements that I have received over the past few weeks, as they have come from my job, my old friends and my newer Tucson friends. I am still in dis-belief over changes not only in my body - but the strength to run the distance today (12 miles). Also, the confidence that I'll be able to complete my first Marathon - Chicago of course!

Thank you for helping me over these past four months - but also for understanding of my inability to focus the months before my Dad died. Words fail me to convey my appreciation for your kind and caring manner. You are a rare gem, when it comes to finding a high quality personal trainer. It is very evident that its not just a job - you really care. Its a the way you are and what you do.

Christine is an excellent fitness instructor. She is very professional and very passionate about helping her clients be the best they can be. I was very out of shape and started with her in May. It is unbelievable how far I've come. I have lost 4" off my waste and have increased my strength and endurance significantly. She is a great motivator and she sets the workouts to my fitness level and is very concious of form and proper fitness techniques. I think one of her best attributes is that she makes it fun to work out again. That's right, I said it, FUN! I feel great and would highly recommend Christine as a trainer.

Christine is an excellent motivator and fitness instructor. My fitness level has improved significantly. She has great energy and a lot of knowledge regarding proper fitness techniques. I am very pleased with my progress.

Christine is a fantastic instructor. I have been out of shape for years and finally decided to seek the help of a personal trainer. Christine does an excellent job working to create a fitness regime that suits your fitness level and personal goals. She is patient and offers encouragement to stick with it. I often get discouraged with myself and she works with you to get back on track. I have been working with Christine now for about 7 months and feel great.
