Hi Rachel, I think you may be referring to the Arnold Schwarzenegger move... That is a shoulder press that begins with palms to the shoulder, and then rotates to the front as the weights are pushed overhead. It is primarily for building muscle in the shoulders. Hope this helps. Christ...
