I would feel bad because I can always find a way to put the blame on myself. It might be because I pushed them too hard or didn't read their bodies correctly or that I failed to make sure they ate appropriately that day (although that is out of my control).

I have a client who has been with me for 4 years and she has her ups and downs each morning I see her.
