Christina Vogt

Swim, bike, run! Most of my life has involved sports, exercises and races. Starting with basketball, cheerleading and softball as a child, to Field hockey and Track as a teenager, to tennis and running as an adult. I have tried a variety of athletics. Most recently I have completed a sprint Triathlon and Marathon. Some activities and races I have enjoyed more than others. A few I continue to enjoy and train for. My goal as a trainer is to introduce clients to as many exercises as possible. There are so many options and exercises to benefit each muscle group. Try them all and eventually you will find the exercises that you like! Completing workouts can be hard work but that does not mean you can't enjoy it!

Christina is absolutely AMAZING! I am currently enrolled in her spinning class (listening to 80's music, yes!) and pushing myself to be the best I can. Whether it be playing tennis, volleyball, swimming or even training for a triathalon, Christina is the best trainer I could ask for. She constantly gives me the motivation and encouragement that I need and always makes me strive for greatness. She extremely talented and knowledgable, I'd recommend her to anyone!

Christina is phenomenal. I used to utilize her talents when I lived in CT, during high school. We went to the gym all summer around 5 AM and she never let me rest. Even when we started going a little later, I still felt amazing that by the time my coworkers were waking up for work, Christina and I had already done at least an hour and a half of workouts, occasionally running afterwards. I was sometimes cranky about the early mornings but as the summer progressed and I had more energy, both from working out and the better eating habits she instilled in me, as well as looked better in my bathing suit, I was so excited! Now, I'm in college and trying to work out on my own. When I go into the gym, I wish I had Christina as that extra push. You never know what you have until it's gone, and I wish I had Christina back as my full time trainer! (And I really wish I could join her spin class! I haven't liked any instructors I've tried where I live now..)
