Chantal has 12 years of fitness industry experience. She started as a group fitness instructor at the University of Central Florida in 2001. Two years later, she attended the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Personal Trainer Symposium which gave her ideas about personal training, but it wasn't until 2006 that she decided to fully direct her attention to one-on-one training.
Since then, she balances out her schedule with both group workouts and personalized sessions, in-studio at Fitness Xperts and on location. She also makes time to train for endurance events and her favorite races to compete in are Half Marathons and Sprint Triathlons.
Her passion lies in educating others about health & fitness, which has led her to continue her studies. She is currently an ACE & AFAA certified professional, and she is completing her masters in Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Florida. In October 2010, she will also have completed her Yoga Alliance 200 RYT in yoga.
Chantal's approach to training is not about quick fixes. It is about permanent wellness changes that will help to boost the immune system and allow the body to become balanced without having to rely on synthetic drugs and medications. Chantal has also recently teamed up with Advocare as a nutritional advisor to bring elite nutrition to her clients.
