The club I work for offers one free session to any member who request it. I get paid a fraction of the normal rate to do them. It is a demo to try to interest them in buying a package. Of the 14 people I am working with 10 are either at their goal or on their way to their (own) goal. The other 4 are not achieving success (according to their goals) but are also the ones who don't show up for sessions and won't change their bad eating habbits. Great anwers! I have one recommendation for safety if you are doing a morning weight or resistance type workout. Save the back exercises for the end of your morning weight workout since the spine and spinal fluids take more time to warm up.

I always recommend that if my clients like to stretch before their workout they warm up for about 5 minutes. Cold muscles don't stretch as well and you risk muscle tears.
