I started with Carol in January, 2012. I wanted to begin an excercise program that I could do 5-6 times a week incorporating both cardio and strength and conditioning. I don't like gyms or having to leave the house after a long day at work to attend a class. From our first meeting I knew that I had found what I needed to begin a life long exercise program! Carol has been great: she is knowledgable, motivating and really listens to my needs (not afraid to modify or figure out a different excercise if needed to accomplish the same goal). I actually look forward to our sessions!
