Functional training is my speciallity. Each of my PT sessions are personified and designed in order to target and reach client goals. I vary targeting exercises often to make the session fun and inspiring. It is truly inspiring and rewarding to see my clients proceed and advance in their training and not the least reach their fitness goals. I am personally passionate about being active and working out. I have tons of energy that I love to share with my surroundings. I am a dedicated runner and run about 5-15 km almost every week day. I also practice weight training, body resistance training, flexibility training etc in order to stay on top of it and to tone my body. I find it important to train myself, what I train my clients. I need to know what it feels like and should feel like.
During my spare time I love to hang out with my 2 children and my husband. We enjoy just being together in our home and/or to travel to explore the world. I also read a lot and I like to learn about fitness and new research within the field. Cooking and nutrition are also among my personal interests.
