When I first came in December I felt physically out of shape. After talking to me and finding out my medical problems he said he would help me. He is very understanding encourages me all the time and has helped me with my balance and strength and endurance yet not going in an area that would hurt me. He is a very dedicated trainer and very knowledgeable. he is an awesome person that Anytime Fitness is lucky to have him. I feel so much better and can hold my head up thanks to Bryant!

I highly recommend personal training with Bryant. He's easy to work with and makes the workout fun. His background in Psychology makes
him empathetic to those of us who struggle at the gym. I like that he holds me accountable for my actions and will even call me at home to see why I haven't been working out. He's professional but also just a nice person. Anytime Fitness is lucky to have him!
