I have been training with Brian for over a year. He has provided me with a road map to lead me to a happier and healthier woman.
I have several body parts that are recovering from many years of being over weight. Brian works around anything that is wrong at the time and still gives me a hard work out. He knows how far to push me and gets me to the next level. I started as a size 24 I am now a size 16. I still have not reached my goal but I know I will with his guidance.
Brian is very knowledgeable about how to deal with injuries and shows me what I can do to still get a good work out on my own. I started boxing with him and I love it I get a good calorie burn in and a good after work out calorie burn. I have recommended Brian to many people.

I have been training with Brian for about 2 years now and always enjoy my sessions, even when I am tired and don't feel like working out. I've dropped several sizes in clothes and am much stronger and healthier than I have been in years (I am 42.) My daughter now trains with me and Brian always makes it fun. I appreciate the help Brian provides in reviewing my food logs to ensure I am eating right and showing me how to properly stretch and foam roll to help with my back pain. If you are looking for a trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and an all-around nice guy, then Brian is for you!

Brian was my personal trainer for over a year. He was the perfect trainer for me. I found that I always wanted to do my very best for him. He knew exactly how to maximize my potential and could push my limits without bullying me. He also knew that I had days that I wasn't top notch and would plan a less strenuous workout for me. Brian never missed an opportunity to compliment my progress and talk me up to his fellow trainers. My 50 minutes went by like a flash every time, all the while, talking about everything from movies to family. I felt - and looked - great at the end of our time together. I would recommend Brian to anyone.
