    I just recently started training with Brian a couple weeks ago and just through our short time together, he has already helped me to become aware of the muscles I unknowingly neglected. In our sessions, he points out where my weaknesses are, such as my abdominals, so I can target these muscles and make them stronger.
    As someone who has never had a personal trainer before, Brian has shown me how beneficial that extra guidance really is.
    I workout a lot on my own by going to classes and lifting weights, but without someone there to look at your form and tell you what you where certain muscles are compensating for others, it is difficult to achieve real physical transformation.
    After a workout with Brian, my muscles feel sore in news places, which is a pretty good sign to me that the workout was worth while!

    I highly recommend Brian. Brian has been my Personal Trainer for three plus years. Brian is hard working and very dedicated to his profession. He continues to search out and bring new exercises into each session that will accentuate your strengths while improving on your weaknesses.

    Brian asks all the pertinent questions during your first couple of sessions in order to develop a workout plan that meets your goals. Brian knows it takes more than regular workouts to achieve your goals; therefore, Brian goes into discussing good nutrition and stretching so you become an all around healthy person.

    I may not have lost much weight as that was not my ultimate goal. My goal was to become more toned and stronger. Brian's has helped me achieve these goals along with becoming more flexible and developing a strong core.

    Brian is an absolute pleasure to have as a personal trainer!

    Brian initially set up a personal workout and diet plan and was interested in specifically what I want to accomplish through exercising. In this way he greatly assisted in keeping me on a healthy track for success.

    He has always been reliable, punctual and represented himself in a very professional manner. His knowledge of individual muscle groups as well as nutrition has helped me immensely as I have lost almost 70 pounds with his continued assistance.

    I am now much more knowledgable about my own body and the ways I can aid my health through both food digestion and metabolism. Using stretching, cardiovascular exercise and weight-lifting techniques Brian has helped me turn around an otherwise unhealthy lifestyle.
