Brandi is simply the best. Why?

1. She loves what she does and it always shines through.
2. She is well educated and constantly updating herself on research and innovation in the industry.
3. She cares about her clients and pushes each of us to be our best.
4. She offers something new in every session.
5. She has patiently coached me through many injuries and a whole lot of frustration.

I have trained with Brandi for 3 years. Having worked with many trainers over the years, and myself being an avid athlete, I would say Brandi is one of the most dedicated trainers I have worked with. She spends hours working on her programs, spends hours in continuing education in her field and is extremely knowledgable in fitness, body composition, diet and general health. I highly recommend Brandi to anyone wanting to be pushed beyond their comfort.
