My past speaking engagements include high school athletics teams, graduate studies courses, not-for-profit groups, professional groups and corporations, and regional health/wellness symposiums, including AAHPERD. I currently consult for a large privately owned company on corporate health and wellness, while still fulfilling a professional position within the company on a corporate level. I am committed to enhancing the quality of life of my clients...looking good is just a bonus.
I've assisted individuals of all skill levels: beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels (i.e. high school, collegiate, and professional athletes), including distance athletes training for full and half marathons.

I had the pleasure of working with Coach Brandi while training for my first full marathon with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's "Team in Training." Coach Brandi was always giving knowledgable advice in regards to distance training and beyond. She was an exellent motivator throughout the entire training process. On race day I crossed Coach Brandi's path around mile 17 and I was getting pretty fatigued by that point. Coach Brandi ran side by side with me for the next few miles and made sure that I would cross the finish line a winner. I would highly recommend her services and would love to have the opportunity to train with her in the future.

Fall always reminds me of "training" and my experience to prepare for my first ever 1/2 Marathon. That seemed like such a long, long way as I had no interest in running anywhere. However, because of the good cause and a little encouragment I signed up for the Princess 1/2. Brandi, not only laid out a game plan for each of us on the team but made us feel like we were part of something bigger than our own little world. It was an amazing experience and 2 years later I am still running and have used Brandi's methodology to help other move from the couch to the pavement. Go Coach Brandi!

Coach Brandi is AMAZING! She has been my training Coach for 2 marathons and I am currently working with her on completing my 3rd. She is a very skilled/knowledgeable Coach and very easy to talk to in regards to any/all questions you may have. She teaches stretching techniques before each run, provides nutritional information and provides us with injury prevention tips. I highly recommend Coach Brandi!
