We've been with Bob for several years. He is a terrific trainer for us. He's positive, reasonable, keeps changing the routine so it's always interesting. He is realistic and adapts to your skill level. He makes sure that you avoid injuries, has a great sense of when to push and when it's been enough, and really helps you realize your potential. We are middle aged, and working with Bob has helped us to stay fit, maintain lower blood pressure and be able to enjoy physical activities a lot more.

I am 63 years old and had an aortic valve replacement due to a congenital heart defect 3 years ago. Recovery was not an easy journey. When my life stabilized and all physical activity restrictions were lifted from me by my doctor, Bob asked if I was interested in exercising with a more routine and managed program of activity. I took him up on the offer and have no regrets.
I was always somewhat athletic and in my high school days was a very serious body builder for strength as a high school wrestler. As I was aging, I conceded that those days were gone, but this mindset has totally reversed as a result of the training program Bob Haake has put me on in his private gym. Bob is someone I can totally trust to direct my workout and manage the various muscle groups while being mindful of my age, limitations, aches and pains no matter what has caused them (and they all existed prior to being under his exercise routine).
Corporate life, commuting, and everyday problems all took a toll on my body over a 40 year period. I would not be the same person today if I had not said "Yes" to giving Bob a chance. His gym is clean and private. He has a positive attitude, many unique approaches to overall physical exercise and methods beyond weights and machines. If you are considering a managed exercise program to positively affect your life, give Bob the opportunity!

I started working with Bob about 2 months ago. I had hip replacement surgery last year and although my surgery was a great success, I didn't realize how weak my left leg (and the rest of my body) had become after I had to start cutting back on physical activity 6 years ago. I was immediately struck by the Bob's detailed evaluation of my strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness; which he used to to start me off on a truly personalized workout program with goals commensurate to my needs. Every workout is a different mix of exercises which makes the workouts more enjoyable. My body has started feeling great again thanks to Bob's guidance and oversight.
