My passion is to help people regain or maintain healthy, strong, functional living so that they may live the life God called them to live, enjoy retirement, and play with their grandchildren! Since every person has their own unique body, gifts and exercise/dietary goals, I believe in treating and training the individual.

I’ve been teaching and training for over 24 years. I am a certified personal trainer,corrective exercise specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and weight management specialist from the NCCPT. I am a TRX trainer, Les Mills Body Pump instructor, Bosu, SMR certified and educated in youth and senior fitness. I am pre/post-natal certified. I have continuing education in Kettlebell training, integrated core training, neuromuscular stretching, cardiovascular training for performance and more. I am a runner and cyclist (with a stint in the pre-kid days doing many, many triathlons). I am Heart zones, Threshold and Blue Jersey certified and have been teaching indoor cycling for 16 years. I offer metabolic strength training, interval and cycling classes at Vista Grande Community Center and personal training services.

    Becky is an experienced and highly effective trainer. Her training sessions are fast moving that incorporate the total body with emphasis on strength, balance, agility, flexibility and core components. You get all of this plus a blast of high intensity cardio bouts throughout the session.
    If you are serious about total body fitness Becky is without a doubt the one for you!

    We are so fortunate to have Becky here in the East Mountains, she would be a star wherever she taught. She is genuinely interested in
    each of us and helps us all to improve and get stronger. I have gotten
    much stronger in the year I've been attending her classes and look
    forward to every Monday and Thursday. It's nice to know I can do
    classes even with knee issues, I actually think I feel better after class
    is over then before. I know it wakes me up!

    Becky makes it easy to go to class. Her enthusiasm is infectious and every class is designed to keep things motivating as well as worthwhile. I have dvds and equipment at home but go to Becky's classes a few times a week because I push myself more and for her great tips on correct form. A stellar instructor & great personality to match!

    Becky MacGregor's classes are educational and challenging. She values functional training over machine training, and this approach is both more fun and more effective than machine workouts. Becky has a wealth of information that she shares during workouts regarding newest research on the musculoskeletal system. I especially appreciate her advice and exercises that offset the body's negative responses to aging.
