I offer group classes, personal training, corporate wellness solutions, behavior change and weight management/nutrition services.
With my marketing, promotion, business management, health and fitness background, I offer corporate wellness solutions to small companies by collaborating with Human Resource teams.

* Help identify what is working (and what is not).
* Assist in clearly defining overall wellness goals and objectives of company.
* Research, develop and help implement appropriate, cost-effective programs and strategy to reach goals including a system to measure statistics on engagement, employee health improvement, and company ROI.
I have been teaching and training for over 26 years. I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and behavior change specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold a weight management specialist certification through NCCPT. I am a TRX trainer, Les Mills Body Pump instructor, Bosu, SMR certified and educated in youth and senior fitness. I am pre/post-natal certified for exercise. I am advanced in strength training techniques which I can utilize for every level. I also have continuing education in Kettlebell training, integrated core training, neuromuscular stretching, cardiovascular training for performance and more. I am a swimmer, runner and cyclist (with a stint in the pre-kid days doing many, many triathlons). I am Heart Zones, Threshold, and Blue Jersey certified and have been teaching indoor cycling for 18 years. I train individuals, small groups, corporate groups, offer seasonal boot camp classes, and a Fusion HIIT for couples specialty class.
My passion is to help people regain or maintain healthy, strong, functional living so that they may be a light for others, enjoy family, retirement, and play with their grandchildren! Since every person has their own unique body and exercise/dietary goals, I believe in training the individual.
