In college she began lifting weights and saw the way it transformed her body and gave her more energy throughout the day. She has taken her love for health and fitness and made it a career. She has her Personal Training Certification and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through the NASM. She also received her Vinyasa Flow Yoga Certification through Core Power Yoga.
