    In the 15 years I have coming in and out of the gym setting going from trainer to trainer, Ariela (by far) is the most caring, concerned for your well being and honest trainer I have ever had. From the minute she assess' you during your consult appointment to the minute you have reached your goals she not only looks at your fitness health but your over all well being. She is dependable and always makes working out fun but challenging.

    I especially love the way she manages to find new exercises evey session so as to never get tired of "just doing the same ol' routine."

    Two thumbs up for Ariela!!!

    Ariela is upbeat, friendly, and delightful but still makes sure you are getting a hardcore workout. She is definitely one of the most passionate and knowledgeable trainers out there: she is super smart and into physical training. She is very ethical and checks her research on the kinds of workouts she does.

    She does a great job of mixing things up and working you hard.

    Best trainer ever!
