Being healthy and physically fit has always been a part of my life. From my early teenage years, I started going to the gym. I loved working out and how it made me look and feel. I came to the realization that ultimately what I truly wanted was to turn my fitness lifestyle from a hobby into a career. I could instill in others the rewards and benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
As a trainer I pride myself on a balanced regime of cardiovascular and weight training. I believe these two components are most significant since the cardiovascular system keeps your heart strong and weight training makes your muscles stronger. I incorporate circuit training methods by utilizing various techniques that are tailored to the individual client. Upon first meeting we discuss personal goals, be it losing weight, building mass, core, flexibility, endurance, etc. I also determine the client’s limitations as dictated by their fitness level. We discuss the benefits of a healthy diet and their nutritional intake is monitored throughout.
