There's no one more motivating and entertaining than Angela Parker. Her class will get you in the best shape of your life while motivating you to succeed in all areas of your life, and the best part is...IT'S FUN!!! I call it gym-class on steroids. Every day is different so you're NEVER bored and the (mostly) women in the class are all so supportive of each other. I always leave class feeling better than I did when I got there. It's a must try!

I'll keep it simple: if you want to learn to love yourself, I mean really love yourself, inside, outside and everything in between, take this class and meet this woman. Not only through her workouts does she re-wire your brain to flush out the "I can't do it's" and bring in the "Whoa! I didn't know I had that in me!", she will take a metaphorical mirror, make you hold it up in front of yourself, pick out all the WONDERFUL, REDEEMING things about your body and shut out everything else.

I'm still learning and digesting the following lesson but I never even tried to address it until I took her class: YOU ARE ENOUGH, SIMPLY THAT. LOVE YOURSELF AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. PUSH YOUR BODY AND ALWAYS EXPECT MORE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY WE GROW. Well, I guess that's three lessons. The bottom line is, why wouldn't you want to live life in the best way you can and the longest that you can..... loving your your mind, your body, your being. What's the alternate option? Be brave and ask that question. We love you Angela. xx
