I have known Angel for 3 years now. We met at a dance competition and she noticed I had a slight limp. She sat me down and worked out the problem, fixed it right there and then. A weekend saved! I have called on her very professional services since, and each time it has been a wonderful experience. From relieving pain to restoring mobility without the use of back adjusting chiropractic or painful deep tissue methods. I recommend her most highly! She is awesome!
I've worked with Angel for over two years on fitness training. She's absolutely wonderful and never lets you get bored. She always changes the exercises and makes it easy to take them away and do anywhere, even if you are traveling. On a few occasions I've needed to use her M.A.T. expertise and I would have to say she's a miracle worker. Angel knows just how to find the trouble spots and help you get through the pain with the right isometric. She also spends a lot of time taking classes in different parts of the body so she is up-to-date on techniques. I can't say enough good things about her - I highly recommend her for both fitness training and muscle activation therapy.

I have worked with Angel off and on for about 2 years. Mostly rehabbing knee and back injuries. This woman is amazing! She can figure out the root cause of the pain, make it go away! No "Guess your best" here, Angel has a vast amount of knowledge and never has to stop and read a book for the answer.

What a wonderful trainer she is. I love working with Angel because she takes your individual needs into consideration as far as time constraints in your life and also as far as what your body can do. She's always a very positive influence. If you can't do a particular exercise or you don't understand it, she goes out of her way to help you visualize it or changes the particular exercise to work for you. If you have an injury, she will work on that and redesign some exercise to not only keep you working out, but also to help the effected area get better. After working with Angel for about 10 years, she's great at mixing up your workout program so you don't get bored. If you discover a new cardio program on a CD, she is more than willing to take a look at it and determine if it will work for your individual exercise goals. She's kept me working out for this long, I plan on keeping up the workouts forever.
