Andrew is awesome. He is very patient, a great listener and pushes you to break out of your comfort zone to achieve the best results. He gives me a ton of information making sure I understand exactly why we are training the way we are, which muscles are being worked with each exercise and how nutrition plays a key role in getting fit. I highly recommend him to anyone from beginners wanting to get healthy to those training for a specific athletic goal.

Andy is very knowledgable, fun, but pushes you beyond what you thought were your limits, to help you reach your goals. He's worth every penny and more!

Andy is a master motivator. Not overbearing, not aloof, Andy just makes you want to get out, be involved and be active. He is also very knowledgable about his craft, not just the hows but the whys. (I made a mistake to ask about something and he explained so much my eyes just glazed over.)

I would highly recommend him as a trainer or training partner.
