I believe that exercise is a fundamental part of wellness for each and every one of us. No matter what your ability, size, injury history, or previous experience, there is a mode of exercise that will work for you. It's just a matter of discovery. I work with people who have injury and pain. I collaborate with my clients to identity exercises that improve their function and reduces their pain. I have worked in the fitness field for since 1992 and have been a personal trainer since 1994.
