I work out with Amy once a week and it has been one of the best decisions in my (body's) life. Amy will match an indivual work out plan for each one of her client's and she is great at inspiring you to reach for your physical goals every week, not matter what kind of mood you are in.

Amy is an incredible personal trainer! I hadn't worked out in a long time and Amy was understanding of my limits. Since working with her, I have increased my stamina, strength and physical abilities. As a result of these workout sessions, I have increased confidence and have become involved in other activities.
As far as the actual workouts, Amy makes sure every session is different and focuses on my different strengths and weaknesses. She asks what your goals are and strives to achieve those through a variety of methods.
