Amy is a great trainer and help to achieving your fitness needs. I worked with Amy once a week at West Hills for about 6 months I received a lot of information on exercises and nutritional information that fit my specific needs. I noticed improvements in my appearance and overall health. Amy definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone.
