I have over 15 years experience in the Health & Fitness field working for many facilities teaching fitness classes, personal training, as well as owning my own personal training studio, working with a wide age range of clientele. I hold numerous certifications and certificates, teaching many formats, TRX being my most recent certification. For 10 years I was the Director of Children's Programming for a health and fitness facility managing a department of 35+ staff as well as working closely with co-workers directly in the fitness field. I am extremely goal oriented and focus on the details. I have coached and been a mentor to co-workers as well as having the opportunity to be a part of a management team and help assist in the daily operations of a fitness facility.
Fitness Philosophy... I use a personalized, hands-on approach, keeping the workout simple, functional and challenging for all ages; emphasizing proper form, technique, and posture incorporating Yoga and Pilates into each workout. I believe personal trainers can help clients achieve health, fitness, functional and athletic goals. In addition, the client will be provided with motivation and encouragement to help them stay focused, develop a safe and effective exercise program dedicated to their personal needs and help accomplish their fitness goals.
