With over twenty years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and health coach, Amanda has counseled clients of all levels on fitness, wellness and nutrition for many years. Amanda has an extensive list of gyms and clubs that she has provided services for (i.e. Boone Hospital's WellAware, Wellbridge Athletic Club and Spa, Bally Total Fitness, Little Rock Athletic Club, ARC, etc.) Amanda is an instructor at the Columbia Fire Academy where she created/implemented the physical training for the CFD. Amanda has a weekly segment on KOMU TV called "Weekly Wellness" that can be viewed every Monday during the noon newscast or online at KOMU.com. Amanda serves as the Fitness Director at The Club at Old Hawthorne and continues to train private clients and clients at the ARC.

    Amanda is the best. I have worked with her for three years. Her motivation has enabled me to loose 60 pounds, the right way. She is a true expert at fitness, no matter what your level is currently. When I had a back problem she worked with me and recommended a fantastic Doctor. My back pain went away immediately and has not come back. I'm constantly amazed how much knowledge she has in the realm of fitness. This goes hand in hand with her understanding of the human mind as it relates to improving your well being. I would highly recommend Amanda!

    Amanda is fantastic! She is a knowledgeable, kind, fun and generous person who cares deeply about her clients and their physical health. I started working out with her a year ago when I was transitioning out of physical therapy for my back and needed to learn how to strengthen my muscles without injuring myself again. Amanda knew exactly what to do and has been infinitely patient with me as I have worked toward healing and strengthening. I recommend her enthusiastically and without reservation.

    I love working out with Amanda. She is motivational, never critical and always understanding. I wanted to find an activity I could share with my daughter, not only for time spent together but as a role model for good health. Amanda is able to work with both of our skill levels in a way that makes working out enjoyable and something we actually look forward to! Although it has only been a few months, we both feel so much better and are more motivated to work out on our own as well as with Amanda. I would whole-heartedly recommend Amanda to anyone, of any skill level.

    I've been working with Amanda for a couple years now, and while I've had some trouble with motivation, it seems to have finally clicked. Amanda has never once given up on me and tries to make workouts new and different to keep me motivated to go to the gym. She has never made me feel like I couldn't do it and definitely pushes me to try harder than I am willing to. She is fantastic at her job and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking for a personal trainer.
