I starting working out with Alyssa over three years ago - to keep a new year's resolution. I truly dislike working out, but Alyssa makes it as fun as it can be! I work out once a week with Alyssa and she brings a lot of variety and positive energy to the workouts. I am definitely in better shape and stronger than I used to be - and if I can do it, anyone can do it! Thank you, Alyssa!

I have worked with Alyssa twice a week for 2 years now. It has changed my life. She never has me do the same workout twice, mixing it up so I'm always working my muscles in a new way. I am 60+ years, but I see myself doing more and working harder than a lot of the younger folks I see in the gym. She knows what I'm capable of and she pushes me to do more than I would ever do on my own, and she does it inthe most positive and supportive way. It keeps me going and it keeps me coming back. When I look at where I was 2 years ago and where I am now, well, the change is nothing short of amazing.
