Women think they need to do hours of cardio to get fit and strong and they also believe running marathons and half marathons will help reduce body fat. It is hard to turn that around to get them to understand that they need to strength train do intense cardio to burn fat.

I try not to recommend the bars because they are so full of sugar. I tell them to eat real food and have a shake if they need to.
