Client Reviews/Comments
Very good service. Although he was my first trainer, I think I can safely say that Alex is one of the best trainers around – esp. in Valdosta. He helped my “hardgainer” friend (who recommended Alex to me) put on 10lbs of muscle in only a few short sessions. Me, I wasn’t looking to put on weight but just get that ripped look.
When I had my first consultation (which was free btw) I told him I didn’t want to be big, but just to have that “Brad Pitt Fight Club look”. From the look he gave me I could tell he’d heard that one before, haha. Turns out he had and knew exactly what kind of training and diet program I needed. I’ve always battled with a gut. He explained that it was a genetic predisposition to store fat in that area. That most guys have a six pack at 10% body fat, but a few of us with unlucky genetics have a tendency to distribute our fat differently – right over our abs. Therefore we have to diet down a to single digit body fat percentage in order to have a well-defined midsection. From there he pinpointed the foods I needed to stop eating, helped me learn to count calories (which isn’t necessary if you’re not trying to get ultra-lean), and recommended the right supplements. He put me on a special training program that was designed to put on muscle where it shows the most and the rest was history. I went from 15% to 8% body fat while putting on some muscle at the same time – which I thought impossible.
So yeah, definitely hire this guy while you can. He really knows his stuff and I would imagine he’d eventually move to a bigger city.
