I am a fitness professional with a passion to make a difference in men and women's health. I currently teach Zumba, PiYo Strength, and Yoga but have many other specialties that I am qualified in. My current focus in personal training is prenatal/perinatal and women's fitness. When I am not training or teaching classes, I work with clients to improve their health and as wellness coach through Herbalife.
