Adrian has been my trainer for over 6 years and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is considering hiring a trainer. I met Adrian after several failed attempts with other trainers and it was the best thing I ever did. Adrian had the flexibility I needed when balancing a work out regimen with my job and family. Adrian could motivate me to do my best whatever the day or hour. He doesn't yell, he doesn't have any gimmicks and he doesn't have a standard program for everyone, which is the problem with so many trainers. Adrian tailors his approach to the individual's goals, and as a mature woman, a work out designed for a a twentysomething year old guy was not going to be right for me. Adrian focuses very hard on what I want to achieve and helps me get there. He is a positive and kind person and he brings a great energy to every work out session. He never repeats a routine and he doesn't waste my time by watching me on the treadmill or bike, he is always focused on me and moving me from activity to another. I achieved great results and I know I could not have done so without Adrian's skill and encouragement. I consider myself lucky to have found him.

Adrian is truly a great trainer. I have worked with home for almost 2 years. He training is diverse and almost never repeats a workout. Adrian motivate you without pushing you. After one year, I started including boxing as part of my workout. I highly recommend Adrian for anyone at any level. Arian is terrific.

Adrian is the best trainer around. He focuses on core, balance and keeping the routines as mixed as possible. Never repeating an exercise, Adrian maintains each session fresh while creating more challenging workout sessions as time goes by. Highly recommended for people that want to get in shape and keep a good physical condition.
Adrian is hands down the best trainer I have ever had or known of. His amazing personality helps what is already an amazing workout, even more fun and motivating. In all the years I worked with Adrian, we NEVER did the same exercise twice. Adrian is fantastic trainer. He will help you meet all your fitness goals. The workouts are very creative, you can train with Adrian with very little equipment. I've worked with several personal trainers over the past few years, and Adrian's techniques are truly one of a kind. He goes out of his way to personally design exercises and circuits for each of his clients, being mindful of injuries, etc. Over the 3+ years that we've trained together, I don't think he's ever repeated an exercise twice -- which is fantastic for someone like myself who gets bored when doing the same exercises over and over again. It's evident that he truly loves what he does, and cares for his clients and genuinely wants them to succeed and reach their fitness goals! I would recommend him to anyone who wants to see results and get their butt kicked!
