I have trained with Abby for about six months and have had very good results with both weight loss and fitness. It simply wouldn't have happened without her help. Abby keeps it interesting, fun, and challenging by changing up the routines and adding new exercises. Abby shows up with an infectious smile and enthusiasm. Because of all this I look forward to each training session. Abby is very good about working me hard without hurting me. She also is good about documenting progress which helps to keep me accountable as far as a trainee. Abby is a true professional trainer with lots of knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about their health and fitness.

I have trained with Abby for the 2 years and I feel very blessed every time we train that I get the opportunity to work with such a knowledgeable and gifted trainer. Abby totally gets how the human body works and she fine-tunes each training session just for my body. She pushes me with just the right mix of enthusiasm, encouragement and teaching. I look forward to our workouts everyday! She has helped me get my body firmer and trimmer than I ever dreamed possible. Abby Magness is the best trainer in Midland/Odessa area!

Abby has changed my life in more ways than one. When i approached her in the fall of 2014 i was pre-diabetic and weighed the most i have every weighed in my life. Now i have lost close to 35 pounds and have reversed the pre-diabetic numbers that concerned me when i first approached her. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and always has my best interest in mind. If you are looking for someone that is extremely motivated and positive Abby is your girl, I look forward to accomplishing the goals we have set going forward and always look forward to her workouts.

Abby is professional and extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. Also, she loves her job and brings a positive attitude to every session. I enjoy working out with her and when I don't want to continue she is great about encouraging me to finish strong! I trust her and know she would never ask me to do something I'm not capable of.
I have lost about 9 pounds and have gained strength since working out with Abby! I am very pleased with my results. I am grateful for Abby and all her hard work and dedication!

Abby came into my life when I needed her most! I had lost my last personal trainer because the Per Trainer moved to Dallas, so I was no longer progressing. I met Abby when they were advertising the Biggest Loser at Mission Fitness and I found her to be extremely caring and interested in helping people. I had lost a lot of weight and gained muscle with the other trainer, but had started regressing!
Abby started working with me first in order to regain trust in a knee that had been replaced twice and been operated on 3 times. As we worked on this I started forgetting that we were focusing on my knee because she was adding mind exercises in as well! She knows I am a competitor and can't stand to lose so she used that to make the knee stronger!
Abby takes you where you are; encourages you, motivates you, cheers for you and cares about you! I won the overall Biggest Loser competition for highest percentage of body weight lost and have continued losing body fat, pounds, inches, and am seeing muscle definition for the first time in 20 years!
Abby always says it is because of my hard work, but in truth I don't make it fun like she does, so she is a big reason for my success!
Abby talked me into trying Pink out for Zumba, first time I have ever done Zumba and I had a blast! Then, Abby said you can do the Holiday Boot Camp! Well I laughed, but she said sign up tonight so you don't back out! LOL She knows me. I had a great time in Boot Camp as well and look forward to the next one.
Life has changed so much since Abby arrived! I started with her at 305 and I am currently at 279. I have a goal set and I know I will reach it! My relatives said they had not seen me looking this thin in 20 years! Oh what a wonderful feeling! :0)
