The YMCA and some fire stations will offer it. There are also local providers who are listed on Google. They course dates and fees are usually listed. The facility I am currently affiliated with provided the instruction via Tim Church.

Yes. But the discussion over their smell isn't the issue. Focus on the fact that they are a smoker! After making all the health concerns from smoking clear, the personal hygiene aspect will be much easier to broach and resolve.
