    I have been training with Aaron for almost a month and I have lost 4.5 inches overall and 10 pounds of body fat!!! I am really happy with the changes that I am seeing in my body and feeling the best I have felt in years!! I would highly recommend Aaron in your quest to lost weight!

    As a health and wellness coach, I reached out to Aaron to help me get FIT and healthy to be a product of the product if you will, and to teach me to be a better coach for my own clients. Aaron has been my trainer, and life coach for about 5 months now. He has given me the confidence and the knowledge I have been seeking when no one else would. I have learned so much from him about my own body and muscle structure as well. He has given me a meal plan to follow, homework and even video tapes some of my workouts.     I have been working with Aaron for 6 weeks now. Aaron is so much more than a trainer; Aaron is a life coach. Aaron has an easy methodical eating plan that he provides. We keep a log of my workouts so I can see what I am doing, what is ahead and how much I can improve week by week.
    I have lost weight, but more importantly I have lost inches! Every day I am amazed at how easy he makes it. He actually has told me " you are not eating enough". It is all about what you eat and when you eat.
    I can not even begin to tell you how great this experience has been. Aaron exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I found him! If your trainer does not help you with diet, you need to switch to Aaron!

    I have been with Aaron only a week as of today BUT I have seen tremendous changes in my body already! Since I have changed my diet and eaten what he says to eat, I feel so much better and have so much more energy. I have never had a trainer like him before, he honestly cares about my success. I will write again in a month!!

    Aaron is the best trainer I have ever had. I have had some not necessarily bad trainers in the past but they weren't right for me. We have been working for about three months. When I first saw Aaron I said I wanted to lose weight but it was much more than that for me. I have severe anxiety and depression, there was a time this year where I didn't even leave the house. He gave me confidence to actually come to the gym, and slowly build myself back up. He taught me the right ways to work out, how to breath (which sometimes because of anxiety, I just don't), mediation and much more. He even videotaped my work outs and sent them to me so I wouldn't forget. The videos were very helpful for me, I even shared them with family. My mother on more than one occasion has said she wished she lived closer so he could train her. I feel comfortable training with him, and I have to admit there were some times where he worked me really hard, but it made me want to come back and try harder the next time. The only reason we are stopping the training is because I am moving. I wish I could give him more than five stars, five just isn't enough for what he has given me.
