Stacey Rae, she is my personal athletic trainer. She specializes the needs, and wants out of what people are needing with in strengthening, losing weight, keeping track of our diets, and much more. She likes to keep a personal involvement with our lives to keep us on the right track for our health's. She's not only a great trainer, but she's also a friend. She has a wonderful spirit, and keeps her students happy, and in shape; therefore, there is never a dull moment in our training. Stacey Rae, is a great instructor, and any of whom is with in her daily life is very lucky to have her in their life.
Stacy Rae is my first experience with a trainer and now 8 months later I feel encouraged that I can get in shape, make a habit out of this and reach my goals. I have joined and quit many gyms, tried many diets and gained the weight back then one day, I saw the sign for Body Techniques in my neighborhood and have been a believer ever since. My workouts with Stacy Rae not only provide results but I have gained so much knowledge about my body and nutrition. Every workout is challenging and carefully thought out for my body type. I am going on my 4th year of training with Stacy Rae. It's not easy to wake up for that 6AM training session but worth every minute when I show up. Thank you Stacy Rae for giving so much of yourself in every session.

Stacy Rae has a broad range of exercise programs, Aerobics, Body Leverage/Bodyweight Training, Cardio Machines, Circuit Training, Core Conditioning, Kettlebells, Mind & Body, Personal Pilates, Stretching/Flexibility, and Yoga incorporating them into her client’s workouts. She makes” working out” interesting, challenging, fun, and rewarding. Always giving each body type a personalized work out to benefit the individual, even in small group classes.
Stacy Rae has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition too, passing this information onto her clients for an overall healthier lifestyle.
I have reached my goal and continue to maintain a healthy life by working out and eating healthy. I am always learning something new and beneficial during my training sessions.
