Presenter Video Upload
Video Guidelines:
If you have not presented at an IDEA event before, submission of a video clip is required for workouts and workshops, but not for lectures.
- 30 minutes in length, maximum.
- Include a short segment of the warm-up/opening, a sample of the program you are applying for and a short segment of the cool-down/closing.
- Please face your class.
- Please make sure you can be seen and heard clearly on the video clip before submitting.
Video Filename Format:
- Filenames can include letters A-Z and numbers 0-9.
- Filenames should NOT include punctuation except for dashes (-) and underscores (_).
- Filenames should NOT include any spaces.
Video Files Accepted:
MP4, MPEG, MPEG-2, AVI, M4V, WMV and FLV
Why is this upload taking so long?
Upload speed is determined by the level of bandwidth your internet connection has available. The more computers in one house/area that are using the internet the lower amount of bandwidth is available. A good idea for those much larger videos is to start the upload process when internet activity is low, a good time for that is overnight.
