IDEA - PFT MasterTM Personal Fitness Trainer
This is the highest level a personal trainer can achieve within this Personal Fitness Trainer Recognition system. Requirements are - the same criteria as IDEA Elite PFT, plus:
- For the personal fitness trainer who holds both a bachelor's/ masters degree and a current personal trainer certification/ certificate/ license, he/she must have at least five years experience working as a personal fitness trainer or manager of personal fitness trainers for at least 15 hours per week
- For the personal fitness trainer who holds either a bachelor's degree or a current personal trainer certification/ certificate/ license only he/she must have at least eight years experience working as a personal fitness trainer or manager of personal fitness trainers for at least 15 hours per week
- Has performed industry service within the past two years
