The World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) & SPC will bring you a blended version of the Certified Personal Trainer. • 15 hours of online theory in the comfort of your own home. • 15 hours of "hands on" practical training at a regionally selected site over a 4 day period. • 30 hours of internship for the maximum exposure to increase your abilities. This course is formatted as a 60-hour program and is comprised of topics including biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage and health assessment. CPR/AED is needed to receive the certificate. W.I.T.S. is the only major certifying body in the country providing comprehensive practical training and internship components.
