I completed the Level 1 The BioMechanics Method course and I highly recommend it to any personal trainer, massage therapist, physical therapist, etc! Its a fabulous in-depth course that teaches you how to asses and realign the body to help prevent and/or eliminate chronic pain. I use corrective exercise EVERYDAY with ALL of my clients and can't imagine where I would be without Justin and Mary's knowledge and expertise!

My name is Martin Alonzo, I am a local personal trainer in the San Diego area. I took Justin's course and was very impressed with the outline and delivery of information. The course is so informative on how to instantly relieve bio-mechanical dysfunction in clients that i was able to use the techniques immediately with immediate results! The course information has changed my view of looking at musculoskelatal/fascial relationships to pain and movement. I recommend this as essential to anyone looking for greater latitude in client pain management and movement.
